# Image

> An image in its own shape or cropped to square, portrait, landscape or wide, with a width, rounded corners, an optional link and a caption.

## At a glance

- **In the editor:** Image
- **Where it goes:** The Section section and inside Groups

## Options

- **Shape:** *Like the image*, or crop to *Square*, *Portrait*, *Landscape* or *Wide*. Fixed shapes keep a row of images even.
- **Width:** 20–100% of its column.
- **Alignment:** *Like the section*, or left, center or right – for images narrower than their column.
- **Rounded corners:** follows **Image corner radius** in **Theme settings › Shapes**.
- **Link:** makes the whole image clickable.
- **Caption:** a small line under the image.

Write the image's alt text in the file's details in **Content › Files** – screen readers read it, and search engines use it.
