# Link

> A single link in the header next to the links of your menu – plain, highlighted or as a button, with an optional icon and a small badge such as New.

## When to use it

Use a Link block for one link that should stand out or that is not in your main menu: *Sale* with a badge, *Gift cards* with a gift icon, *Book a visit* as a button. The Tally preset uses one for **Blog**.

## Options

- **Label** and **Link**, and **Open in a new tab** for links to other websites.
- **Style:** *Like the other links*, *Highlighted* (a soft pill in the color scheme's highlight color) or *Button*.
- **Icon:** tag, sparkle, gift, star, heart, clock, truck, pin or chat.
- **Badge:** a few characters in a small pill – *New*, *−30%*.
- **Underline when on its page:** marks the link as current on its own page, like the menu links.

Link blocks appear in the mobile menu too.
