# Edits

> Two or three large cards, each a curated collection with a short description and its product count – like the edits of a magazine.

## When to use it

Edits turn collections into recommendations: *The slow morning*, *Desk reset*, *Gifts under $50*. They work best with hand-picked collections of eight to twenty products.

## Set it up

1. Add an **Edit** block for each card and pick its **Collection**.
2. Write a one-line **Text** for each – what makes the selection special.
3. Replace the **Image** or **Heading** if the collection's own do not fit. Leave **Link** empty to open the collection.

## Options

- **Cards per row on desktop:** 1 to 3. Two cards side by side is the Tally look.
- **Image ratio:** *Landscape (5:4)*, *Wide (16:10)*, *Square* or *Portrait*.
- **Show product count:** *24 products* under the title.
- Cards zoom very slowly on hover, a quiet invitation to click.

The header's *Edits* dropdown in the Tally preset links to the same kind of collections.
