What personal data themelab.page processes and why. Last updated November 2, 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by the operator named in the footer of every page, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the support form.
What we collect
Support requests. When you send the support form, we receive your name, email address, store address, your message and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request and to fix problems in our themes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request and, where you are our customer, the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Website visits. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Settings in your browser. Your choice of light or dark mode and the items you tick in the launch checklist are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us.
Who processes the data
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) receives the support form and stores your request.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website.
- Our email provider stores our correspondence with you.
Data may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep support requests for as long as we need them to help you, and for at most 3 years after our last message, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to object to it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to us through the support form. You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
