Before you write

Most answers are already in the docs, and searching is usually faster than waiting for a reply. When you do write to us, these details help us answer in one go:

Your store's address, for example your-store.myshopify.com.
The theme and its version (Theme settings › Theme information).
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
The page where it happens, and a screenshot or a short screen recording.
Whether the theme's code has been edited.
