Metaobject entries
Show the entries of any metaobject definition – team members, ingredients, stockists, questions – as a grid of cards or an accordion, without writing code.

When to use it
Metaobjects keep structured content in one place in your admin. Edit an ingredient once and every page that shows it updates. This section displays any metaobject definition you create.
Set it up
- Create the definition in Settings › Custom data › Metaobjects, for example Team member, with fields such as Name, Role, Bio and Photo.
- Turn on Storefronts access for the definition. Without it, the theme cannot read the entries.
- Add the entries in Content › Metaobjects.
- Add the section and enter the Definition type – shown under the definition name in the admin, for example
team_member. - Enter the field keys: Title field (
name), Subtitle field (role), Text field (bio), Image field (photo) and an optional Link field.

Layouts
- Grid: cards with an image, title, subtitle and text; Column style plain or card, 1–6 columns on desktop, 1 or 2 on mobile, with an Image ratio.
- Accordion: the title field becomes the question and the text field the answer – a reusable FAQ. Open the first entry opens the first one.
Link field can be a URL, product, collection or page field. Maximum entries limits how many show (1–50). The section stays hidden while the definition has no entries.
