Newsletter popup

An invitation to subscribe that opens after a delay, or earlier when the pointer leaves the page, and stays away for a while once closed. Shoppers who subscribe never see it again.

The newsletter popup lives in the Popups group and starts hidden – show the section to turn it on. Selecting it in the editor opens it, so you can see your changes.

Set it up

  1. Choose a Layout: Image on the left, Image on top or Text only, and upload the Image.
  2. Write the Small text above the heading, the Heading and the Text – what subscribers get, such as 10% off your first order.
  3. Set the Field placeholder, Button label and Small print (consent, a link to your privacy policy).

When it opens

  • Open after: 0–60 seconds after a page loads.
  • Open earlier when the pointer leaves the page: on desktop, it opens as the pointer heads for the address bar.
  • Show again after: 1–60 days after a shopper closes it.
  • Show on: all pages, or the home page only.
  • Hide for logged-in subscribers: customers who are logged in and already subscribed never see it.

Shoppers who subscribe – here or anywhere else in the store – don't see it again. Subscribers join your customer list with the newsletter tag.
